What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. There is a 50% cancellation or no show fee with less than 24 hour notice. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, your service will be cut short by the amount of time you were late. If you are ill please cancel as soon as possible.
Do you offer discounts for referrals?
Yes, we love referrals! And to say thanks, you will receive ONE FREE SERVICE when you refer 4 paying clients. Or, you may choose to receive 40% OFF your next service when you refer one paying client. These offers may not be combined, you must chose one or the other.
Do you have minimum age to receive services?
Yes, the minimum age for any body therapy is 18 years. A parent must be present to sign a health questionnaire for anyone under 18. Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available for all spa therapies and products from iZumi. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refund. You may purchase them online here.
Should I tip and if so, how much?
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and are at client discretion. The rule of thumb for day spas is 15% or more of the cost of the service. As in all service related businesses, it is a common practice to tip the person who has done a good job to the satisfaction of the customer.
Are there any forms I have to fill out before my first visit?
Yes, client intake forms must be filled out prior to your first visit. These forms are available for download on our site and may be found at the bottom of each of the services pages. If you are unable to complete the forms ahead of time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to fill them out.
